Laura E. Wylie

Laura Wylie is a member of Andersen’s Business Tax Services with 25 years of experience spanning both public accounting and a corporate tax department. She advises public and private companies across a range of industries, including life sciences, software, technology, retail, and manufacturing.

Laura oversees complex, multi-jurisdictional tax engagements, assisting clients with tax compliance, ASC 740, structuring, controversy, and general tax consulting matters. In addition to client service, she leads the design and implementation of internal tax technology and process enhancements, driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Andersen engagements.

Before joining Andersen, Laura held leadership roles in both compliance and planning and for a Fortune 10 company, where she managed the international compliance function and led several multi-country restructurings. Earlier in her career, Laura practiced in professional service firms: PwC and Deloitte.
