Ken Wroblewski joined the Alternative Investment Funds practice of Andersen in July 2013. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience with a focus in the alternative investment fund industry. During his career, Ken has provided tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of clients, including family offices, hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, and management companies.
Ken has extensive experience assisting family offices with structuring their management company, investment partnerships, and employee incentive programs. Ken also specializes in consulting clients on the U.S. federal income tax implications of transactions involving financial instruments. In addition, he also has significant experience advising clients with complex partnership issues and allocations.
Before joining Andersen, Ken was a manager in Deloitte's asset management tax practice in Chicago.
