Alice Tse has over 15 years of experience in professional services, specializing in global employment tax compliance and advisory for multinational companies.

During her career, she has advised organizations across a broad range of industries on complex employment tax matters, including payroll compliance, stock-based compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and contingent workforce arrangements. She has extensive experience managing employment tax audits, conducting risk assessments, and supporting large-scale due diligence engagements, helping clients navigate complex cross-border tax regulations and optimize their global tax strategies.

Alice has deep technical expertise in global employment tax and equity matters, including advising on payroll tax compliance, global mobility considerations, and workforce tax risk management. She works closely with clients to identify exposure areas, develop practical solutions, and align tax positions with broader business and workforce strategies.

Prior to joining Andersen, Alice worked at PwC and Vialto Partners, where she served as a subject matter expert in global employment tax and provided strategic and technical guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
