Rebecca Cowley is a managing director with over two decades of experience in the family office sector, 15 years of which were spent serving in single-family offices. She specializes in managing complex operational frameworks and providing strategic guidance to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Her work reflects a practical and informed approach to the unique challenges of family office management.

As a managing director focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth families, she works closely with colleagues across the firm to provide tailored strategies that support long-term objectives. Her advisory work spans governance, family dynamics, and operational effectiveness. She also plays a key role in advancing the firm’s approach to addressing the evolving needs of multigenerational wealth.

Rebecca previously served as Chief Operating Officer for several single-family offices and also founded EFO Advisory Services, where she built a network of family office professionals to deliver customized strategies for ultra-high-net-worth families. Most notably, Rebecca was one of the first five employees at one of Silicon Valley’s largest single-family offices and the founding executive of a spin-off of that office.
