Peter DeGregori is a managing director in Andersen’s Private Client Services practice. With over 30 years of experience in U.S. taxation, accounting, and business advisory, he works closely with business owners and high-net-worth individuals whose financial structures often span multiple industries and jurisdictions.
Peter focuses on strategic planning that incorporates income tax, estate, and business considerations tailored to clients’ long-term goals. He has advised individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries, including real estate, technology, life sciences, construction, manufacturing, professional services, aerospace and defense, transportation, finance, and agriculture.
He also advises on estate and gift taxation, state and local taxation, international tax matters, complex divorce cases, and IRS and state controversy issues. Before joining Andersen, Peter served as a managing partner at a regional accounting firm and held leadership positions at boutique and global firms, including Arthur Andersen.
