Mike Kollman is a managing director in the Andersen Commercial practice. He has over 20 years of tax experience providing tax and consulting services to both private and public companies. His work spans corporations and partnerships, with a significant focus on advising privately held businesses.
Mike’s expertise includes accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), federal and state income tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, tax restructuring, and tax planning.
Prior to joining Andersen, Mike served as Vice President of Tax for Tribune Publishing Company and Belo Corp.
