Jerry Glynn

Jerry Glynn is a director in the State and Local Tax practice. He has provided tax compliance and consulting services to businesses for over 35 years. His experiences span across multiple industries, including manufacturing, computer technology, life sciences, energy, food and beverage, and various service industries.

During his more recent years, Jerry has been focused almost exclusively on providing sales and use tax consulting services to his clients, including nexus analysis, taxability studies, audit defense and appeals, tax process and procedure reviews, technology implementations, transaction and issue analyses, buy/sell due diligence, and remediation of tax exposures.

Before "coming back" to Andersen, Jerry was a member of the SALT teams at some large firms, including Arthur Andersen. At his most recent firm, Jerry was a managing director providing multi-state SALT services to his clients. He was also the firm's subject matter expert for Pennsylvania sales and use tax matters.
