With more than 10 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, Karolyn advises private equity funds, fund-of-funds, and family office clients. She works closely with clients to navigate complex tax matters, develop tax-efficient planning and structuring strategies, and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Karolyn began her career at Andersen before pursuing an opportunity to work in-house in the family office space, where she served both single-family and multi-family office organizations, providing accounting and reporting services to high-net-worth families. She later rejoined Andersen, bringing valuable in-house experience that provides practical insight into clients' day-to-day operations and reporting needs.
In addition to serving clients, Karolyn is actively involved in firm initiatives at both the national and local levels, including training and mentoring professionals and supporting recruiting efforts.
