Jose Castillo is a director in Andersen’s Private Client Services practice, with over seven years of experience providing tax consulting services to a diverse client base. His clients include private equity and hedge fund principals, single and multifamily offices, senior executives of public companies, business owners and entrepreneurs, entertainers, fiduciaries, and multigenerational families.
Jose has extensive experience supervising engagements and reviewing complex individual, trust, and gift tax returns. His areas of specialization include:
- Income tax planning
- Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning, including the implementation of wealth maximization strategies
- Philanthropic planning
In addition to his client service responsibilities, Jose is actively involved in national and local office initiatives, including training, mentoring, and recruiting.
