Nancy Cadwell is the Human Resources Director for the New York metropolitan area. Her responsibilities include involvement in all Human Resources functions, including employee relations, HR compliance, and employment practices.
Nancy spent 13 years delivering tax services to clients that are alternative investment partnerships with multistate taxation reporting and closely held business enterprises. She advised non-U.S. persons and non-U.S. business enterprises with U.S. investments on the U.S. taxation of cross-border transactions. Nancy advised clients with investments and operations in nonresidential real estate, hotels, and financial services, including hedge funds and private equity funds.
Before joining Andersen in 2003, Nancy worked at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in the real estate and financial services practice groups.
