Andrea Adler is a managing director specializing in transfer pricing. With over a decade of experience, Andrea helps multinational companies manage and optimize their intercompany pricing strategies. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, industrial products, semiconductors, and software.

Andrea’s work includes developing global and local transfer pricing documentation, conducting intangible asset and legal entity valuations, preparing headquarters cost allocation studies, and preparing royalty rate analyses. She also supports companies in building and enhancing operational transfer pricing frameworks, ensuring policies are successfully integrated into day-to-day business activities.

Andrea also has extensive experience assisting individuals and closely held businesses with their transfer pricing needs and ensuring compliance when moving or expanding internationally.

Prior to joining Andersen, Andrea worked at a boutique transfer pricing and valuation firm, as well as Ernst & Young.
