Hai Tang is a member of the Andersen Alternative Investment Funds Services group and works with venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and venture backed companies. Hai provides services in partnership, international and M&A tax planning and compliance.
 
Hai advises alternative investment funds and their portfolio companies in structuring, transaction planning, Subpart F and PFIC planning. He also has extensive experience helping clients meet compliance obligations.

Prior to Andersen, Hai worked at PwC focusing on alternative investment fund clients.

Hai speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.​
